For us, it’s about shining a light on what we’ve seen companies do that should be avoided (and if we’re being honest, we’ve probably done at some point), pulling together all the things we’ve seen across the board that work, boiling those habits down into Best Practices, and coaching people on those habits tirelessly.
That’s how we came up with three distinct steps to our Trade Show Stars training: 1. Video training modules: covering everything we know to be Best Practices, pertinent terms, and including examples of how to execute Best Practices. 2. Live training to get that much needed practice to create muscle memory 3. One on one video conferencing days before the event to provide individualized practice & goal setting for the first day.
